Finding a therapist that fits your needs is a crucial part of effective therapy. The relationship between client and therapist is one of the biggest predictors of therapeutic success. You should look for a therapist that you feel comfortable being vulnerable with and that you feel connected to. Not every therapist will sync up to your needs/style, and that is totally okay. It is a part of the process and one that should not be overlooked. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so that you can test the waters before committing to a first session.

We offer 50-minute & 80-minute sessions. The total amount for therapy in its entirety is not something that can be predicted, as each individual moves through it at their own pace. The quantity of sessions is something that is decided on by the client and the therapist. Therapy is typically conducted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, dependent on your unique circumstance.

Your privacy is at the top of my list of priorities. I utilize only HIPAA-compliant software programs, so you can rest assure that your privacy will remain safe and protected. We recommend finding a cozy and comfy private area to do your sessions and with headphones so that your sessions remain between you and your therapist.
